Story of our Chef
Chef Armando Di Filippo brings Italian taste & sophistication to the Onesta platter. Having a family background in cooking, he found himself a dab hand around the kitchen when he was in his teens. Keeping with family tradition, he ran a restaurant in Italy. Preparing food, rushing through descriptions of minute details and garnishing, makes him animated.
He says the love for food is one of the characteristics that are common between the people of India and Italy, though the methods of preparation and the ingredients used vary widely. He’s unbridledly enthusiastic about culinary arts. He works with the team, guides them & creates fresh, authentic recipes at Onesta Kitchen.

Story of our Cheese-master
Born in Calabria, Italy, Luigi Alvarelli (aka GiGi) is the third generation of a family of cheesemakers. He worked in Salerno- the origin city of Mozzarella, Pizza and fresh tomato sauce. Our GiGi decided to come to India & lead his cheese factory.
